Spouse Support Groups
Safe spaces for spouses and partners to connect, share, and find encouragement with others who understand the unique demands of corrections family life.
What We Do
Practical, faith-centered initiatives designed by corrections staff for corrections staff — building strength, integrity, and community.
CSF facilitates regular fellowship meetings where corrections professionals gather for prayer, open conversation, and mutual encouragement. These gatherings create safe spaces where staff can be honest about the challenges they face — without fear of judgment.
Whether held at a facility chapel, a community center, or virtually, fellowship gatherings are the heartbeat of our organization. They remind every participant: you are not alone on the toughest beat.
Our resource library includes devotionals, study guides, and encouragement materials written specifically for the correctional environment. Topics include integrity under pressure, managing stress, supporting colleagues in crisis, and finding spiritual renewal between shifts.
All resources are available free of charge to corrections staff. Donor support makes this possible.
Experienced corrections leaders volunteer as CSF mentors, walking alongside newer staff through the complexities of the profession. Our mentorship framework emphasizes ethical decision-making, career resilience, and spiritual growth.
Mentorship pairs meet regularly — in person or by phone — providing accountability, wisdom, and a trusted sounding board for the challenges that only a fellow professional can understand.
The families behind the badge carry their own weight. CSF extends care beyond the facility walls.
